The long-running Jack Wilshere's connection to Arsenal seems to be over with the English midfielder set to join West Ham United on Monday as the midfielder undergone a medical at the London side. Wilshere graduated from the Gunners' academy and was considered the club's best young player for many years, but injury has plagued his development. Wilshere is a free agent after he left Arsenal at the end of last month.

Fenerbahce made a huge offer to Wilshere, while Wolves and Everton were also interested in his signature.

Wilshere will join West Ham after being on Arsenal's books for 17 years, in what will be a hard jump to make for him.
