  • Onrush brings MotorStorm-like racing to PS4, Xbox One in June

Developed by the new Codemasters development team in Cheshire, UK (formerly Evolution Studios), ONRUSH is a racing game thats not only about racing to the finish line.

Codemasters has released another new gameplay trailer for arcade racer Onrush, showing off more of the game's action-packed racing with boosting, insane jumps and takedowns galore. Their track-record is impeccable, and judging from this latest trailer, Onrush is going to add another lovely feather to Codemasters' cap.

"Onrush is a celebration of sensational speed, outright fun and over the top spectacle", Codemasters explains in a press release.

There are eight vehicle classes in ONRUSH, each of which has its own unique style, feel and advantages. Each class will also have its own RUSH state, which is a special effect/ability which could help push it into first place. It looks about the closest we're going to get to a new Burnout game anytime soon. Players who pre-order the game on PlayStation 4 will get early access to the ONRUSH beta before it opens up to everyone on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in May. Will you be getting ONRUSH when it launches on June 5? Are you excited for arcade racing to return to consoles from a developer with the reputation of Codemasters, or would you rather see them work on another simulation?
