Injury Update on Big Cass; How Has His Recovery Been Going?

15 Febrero, 2018, 05:06 | Author: Gregg Anderson

According to PWInsider.com, Big Cass has been working out at the WWE Performance Center recently, and has been seen walking on his own without any assistance.

Big Cass has been out of action since tearing his ACL during a match against Enzo Amore last August, and the hope was that he'd be able to return in time for WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

Cass had ended his tag team partnership with Amore, whom he began feuding with before his injury.

Given the injuries to other top superstars like Jason Jordan, Samoa Joe and Dean Ambrose, a Big Cass return in the near future would be huge for the WWE roster.

Big Cass was WWE's next big guy, who was on the verge of receiving a strong and decent push last summer by the company's creative team.

"It's hard to tell what the extent of the injury is, but we're going to send him to get an MRI tomorrow and figure that out", said WWE ringside physician Dr. Chris Robinson.

The PWInsider report adds once Big Cass is medically cleared to return to the ring, he will be factored back into Raw story lines.

While recovering from his injury, Cass has been kept busy filming episodes of Total Divas. A fresh start for the seven-foot tall superstar will be a great way to start things off.
