  • $1M lottery ticket purchased in eastern Kentucky

A $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold in the Lawrence County town of Louisa, according to lottery officials.

Officials with the Kentucky Lottery say the ticket matched five white ball numbers, but not the Mega Ball to win the game's second prize. The Kentucky Lottery said they have not yet heard from the victor.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 selling bonus, and the $1 million victor has yet to come forward with his or her ticket.

Officials say the victor has not come forward yet.
